How ordering works, and how to get your files on stream or into your edit.

How ordering works

  1. Choose a product. Personalised products show a live preview with your name and picture.
  2. Add it to your cart and check out.
  3. Your files are made straight away and emailed to you — attached, plus a link for the full-quality set — usually in about a minute per product.

Which file should I use?

  • Transparent .MOV — highest quality. Best for OBS, Streamlabs and desktop editors.
  • Transparent .WEBM — same look, much smaller file. Great for OBS and browser tools.
  • Green screen .MP4 — works in any software that has a chroma key / remove background tool, including CapCut.

Setup guides

TikFinity — supporter intros that play when someone joins

  1. In TikFinity, open Actions & Events and create a new Action.
  2. Choose the option to show a video, and upload that supporter's transparent .WEBM.
  3. Optionally add your own sound, music or voice-over to the same action.
  4. Create an Event that triggers the action when a viewer joins, and limit it to that supporter's username.
  5. Add the TikFinity overlay to TikTok LIVE Studio (or OBS) once — every intro plays through it.
  6. Repeat for each supporter. Menu names can differ slightly between TikFinity versions.

Streamer.bot — supporter intros on Twitch, Kick & YouTube (free)

  1. Twitch, Kick and YouTube don't announce when a viewer quietly joins, so intros play when the supporter sends their first chat message of the stream.
  2. In OBS, add a Media Source named e.g. “Supporter Intro”, pick any one intro .WEBM, untick Loop, and hide the source (eye icon).
  3. Connect Streamer.bot to OBS (Stream Apps → OBS) and to your platform (Platforms → Twitch, Kick or YouTube).
  4. Actions → right-click → Add, and name it after the supporter.
  5. Triggers → right-click → Add → (Twitch / Kick / YouTube) → Chat → First Words, and limit it to the supporter's username.
  6. Sub-Actions → add OBS → Set Media Source File (choose this supporter's .WEBM), then OBS → set the source visible, a 6.5 second Delay, and OBS → set it hidden again.
  7. Repeat for each supporter. On Kick, “First Words” resets after 12 hours by default (Platforms → Kick).

Firebot — supporter intros on Twitch (free)

  1. Events → + New Event → choose “Viewer Arrived” (fires on the supporter's first chat message of the stream).
  2. Add a filter: Username is the supporter's username.
  3. + Add Effect → Play Video → choose a local file and pick this supporter's .WEBM.
  4. Add Firebot's overlay to OBS as a Browser Source (copy the URL from Settings → Overlay).
  5. Repeat for each supporter.

Mix It Up — supporter intros on Twitch & YouTube (free)

  1. Services → enable the Mix It Up Overlay, and add its URL to OBS as a Browser Source.
  2. Users → open the supporter in the User Editor → Entrance Command (runs on their first chat message).
  3. Add an Overlay action → Video → choose this supporter's .WEBM, leaving Duration blank so the whole intro plays.
  4. Repeat for each supporter.

TikTok LIVE Studio

  1. In your scene, click + (Add source) and choose Media / Video.
  2. Pick the transparent .MOV or .WEBM file.
  3. Drag and resize it to where you want it on screen.
  4. If you see a box instead of a clean animation, use the green screen .MP4 with a chroma key effect.

OBS Studio

  1. Sources → + → Media Source → name it → OK.
  2. Browse to the .MOV (or .WEBM) file.
  3. Untick “Loop” so it plays once each time it's shown.
  4. Tick “Restart playback when source becomes active”.
  5. Toggle the eye icon, or set a hotkey, to play it on cue.

Streamlabs Desktop

  1. Click + on Sources → Media File → Add Source.
  2. Choose the .MOV or .WEBM file.
  3. Untick “Loop” and turn on “Restart when activated”.

Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve & After Effects

  1. Import the transparent .MOV — it keeps its transparency.
  2. Drop it on a track above your footage.
  3. Move and scale it like any other clip.

CapCut

  1. Import the green screen .MP4 and add it as an overlay.
  2. Select the overlay → Remove BG / Chroma key → pick the green.
  3. Turn up intensity until the green disappears cleanly.
