Our products are digital and most are personalised, so they're made specifically for you the moment you order. Under UK consumer law, the usual 14-day cancellation right doesn't apply to digital content once delivery has started with your consent, or to personalised goods.

If something's wrong

If your file has a mistake, doesn't match the preview, or won't play, reply to your order email and we'll put it right — and if we can't, we'll refund you.
