How do intros play automatically?

On TikTok, TikFinity plays the intro the moment that supporter joins your LIVE. Twitch, Kick and YouTube don't tell tools when a viewer quietly joins, so there the intro plays when the supporter sends their first chat message of the stream — set up with Streamer.bot (all three), Firebot (Twitch) or Mix It Up (Twitch, YouTube). Our setup guides walk you through each one.

Is there sound?

No — the files are silent on purpose, so you can add your own music, sound effect or voice-over in TikFinity.

Which files do I get for each supporter?

A transparent WebM (best for TikFinity, OBS and browser overlays) and a green screen MP4 for anything else. Small files, quick to upload.

A supporter's picture didn't load.

New or private accounts sometimes can't be fetched — just upload their picture in the builder instead.

Can I add more supporters later?

Yes — come back any time and build another pack. Pricing starts again at the first intro, so it's best value to add everyone at once.
